Clearing Your Cookie and Cache Files

From time to time its a good idea to clear your browsers cookie and cache files, these stored files can interfere with obtaining updated information from a website, browsing inconsistencies and cause problems when accessing secure areas. Google support has provided detailed steps on this process for a large variety of browsers, so follow this link to the Google Support Site, find your browser type and follow the instructions given.


Note: If you clear your cache and cookies sites that you have chosen to have your browser remember your username and password will require you to sign in again. But as long as you have your browser setup to remember passwords you can reinstate your information with your browser again and it will remember from then on.
