How do I change the order of navigation?

In this tutorial, you will learn how to change the order of how your navigation appears on your website. Please note, however, this will only work if your website is utilizing Updater's dynamic navigation system. If you are unsure, please contact Acuity for more information.

For this tutorial, we will use the global navigation of the support site as an example. We need to switch AcuShow and AcuPix positions on our navigation bar.

1. To change order of navigation, go to the AcuWeb menu and choose "Site Map". A pop-up window will appear.
   
   
   
2. Scroll down to where you see the AcuShow and AcuPix pages on the sitemap.
3. Switch their positions by changing the numbers in the boxes to the left of each page.
   
   
   
4. When done, scroll to the top and click the "Save Changes" button.
5. Go back to your main window and go to the AcuWeb Menu. Click on "Content".
6. At the top, click on "Post to Web" button to see your changes. Wait a minute for the site to publish.
7. Go back to the public side of your website and click the "Reload" button on your browser to see the latest changes.
   
   
   
8. The AcuShow and AcuPix global nav items have switched places.
